The sales volume of single-family homes in April 2022 was 11,540, a growth of 24% over January 2022, when 9,330 homes were sold.

The median sale price per sqft of single-family homes for the three months from Feb 2022 to Apr 2022 was $158, up by 21% compared to the same period last year, and up by 6.9% compared to Nov 2021 to Jan 2022 period.
