A Note from the CEO

Hope your 2026 is already at full steam, we certainly are at PropMix.

2025 was a year of incorporating native AI technologies into both our flagship products – Profet and Prospektr. Many customers have embraced these updates with numerous new implementations in the second half of the year across all our segments – lenders, AMCs, brokers, and investors.

A core part of our strategy is our continued focus on delivering highly customized solutions and deep integrations for lenders and AMCs. We recognize that no two workflows are the same, and our teams are investing heavily in configurable platforms and direct system-to-system integrations that meet clients where they are. Whether it’s LOS connectivity, bespoke valuation workflows, CRM integrations, or tailored automation, our goal is to ensure PropMix fits seamlessly into your existing operations or new business model while unlocking new opportunities at efficiency and scale.

As we look ahead at 2026, we are pursuing an ambitious plan with the following major themes across our products:

  • Appraiser and Realtor copilots to be updated with more AI-native capabilities

Adds TOTAL (TDCX) Export for Appraisal Reports

Profet Valuation now supports the ability to export appraisal reports as TOTAL (TDCX) files, enabling appraisers to seamlessly move appraisal data from Profet into TOTAL-compatible workflows. This integration allows the complete appraisal package to be assembled within Profet, including subject property data, comparable grids with adjustments, plat maps, flood maps, and both subject and comparable images. The generated TOTAL file can be seamlessly imported into TOTAL, reducing redundant data entry and minimizing the risk of inconsistencies.Profet Valuation supports many other form software integrations and we are upgrading each of them for the new UAD 3.6 models.

Profet Review now includes AI Write Assist and Predefined Review Comments to help reviewers create faster, clearer, and more consistent review documentation.

AI Write Assist enables reviewers to quickly improve or rewrite text with a single click, generating clear and professional responses as needed. This helps save time while ensuring consistent and well-structured wording across reviews.

Predefined Review Comments allow users to create and manage their own commonly used comments. These comments automatically appear as quick suggestions when adding a new comment, making the review process faster and more consistent while preserving reviewer control.

Several workflow and compliance enhancements have been introduced to improve review efficiency and operational visibility:

  • Preserve Edits Across Revisions
Reviewer comments and rule edits are now preserved across multiple appraisal revisions, eliminating the need to repeat work when updated files are received.
  • Reviewer Time Tracking
Profet Review now tracks the time spent on each review and surfaces this data on dashboards, enabling teams to measure productivity improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Improved Risk
Risk-based quality scores have been introduced alongside traditional rule-based scores, providing a more contextual view of appraisal risk and review outcomes.
