The number of single-family homes sold in the Denver metro market was 5,830 in April 2022, compared to 4,100 homes sold in January 2022. The sales volume was up by 42% over the last three months.

The median sale price of single-family homes was $650,000 in the period from Feb to Apr 2022. This was an increase of 20% when compared to the same period last year. Compared to the period from Nov 2021 to Jan 2022, the median sales price showed an increase of 13%.

The median sale price per sqft of single-family homes was $315 during the period from Feb to Apr 2022, a hike of 9.4% compared to the period from Nov 2021 to Jan 2022.

The volume of listings pending increased to 3,500 during the period ending April 2022, a 25% jump compared to the listings pending at the end of the period ending January 2022.
