Absorption Rate

Number of properties sold per month; calculated as Total Sales / Months

Average Active DOM

Average value of Days on Market of all properties that are in Active status at the end of the period

Average Combined Pending DOM

Average value of Days on Market of all properties that are in Pending status or Sold status on the last day of the period considered

Average DOM

Average value of Days on Market of all properties that are Active or Pending at the end of the period, or that got sold during the period

Average For Sale Age

Average value of the age of properties in Active or Pending status at the end of the period

Average Inventory DOM

Average value of Days on Market of all properties that are in Active or Pending status at the end of the period

Average List Price Per Sqft

Average value of list price per square feet of all properties that are in Active or Pending status at the end of the period. Calculated as List Price divided by Gross Living Area

Average New Listing Price

Average value of the list price of properties that are newly listed during that period

Average Pending DOM

Average DOM of all properties that are in Pending status at the end of the period

Average Pending Price

Average value of list price of all properties that are in Pending status at the end of the period

Average Sold Age

Average value of the age of properties sold during the period

Average Sold DOM

Average DOM of properties sold during the period

Average Sale Price

Average value of sold price for properties sold during the period

Average Sale Price Per Sqft

Average value of sold price per square feet for properties that were sold during the period

Average Sale To List Price Percent

Average value of the ratio of sold price to list price for properties sold during the period; expressed as a percentage

Inventory Of Homes For Sale

Number of properties that are in Active or Pending status at the end of the period

Least Expensive For Sale

Lowest value of list price for properties in Active or Pending properties at the end of the period

Least Expensive Sold

Lowest value of sold price for properties sold during the period

Median Active DOM

Median value of Days on Market of all properties that are in Active status at the end of the period

Median Bath

Median value of bathroom count for properties in the inventory (i.e. properties that are in Active or Pending status at the end of the period)

Median Bed

Median value of bedroom count for properties in the inventory (i.e. properties that are in Active or Pending status at the end of the period)

Median Combined Pending DOM

Median Combined Pending DOM is calculated from Listing Contract Date to Pending Date for all properties that are in Pending or Sold status on the last day of the period considered

Median DOM

Median DOM of all properties that were Active or Pending at the end of the period or Sold during the period

Median For Sale Lot Size

Median value of lot size of properties in the inventory (i.e. properties that are in Active or Pending status at the end of the period)

Median GLA

Median value of gross living area for properties in the inventory (i.e. properties that are in Active or Pending status at the end of the period)

Median Inventory DOM

Median DOM of all properties that are in Active or Pending status at the end of the period

Median List Price

Median value of list price of all properties that are in Active or Pending status at the end of the period

Median List Price Per Sqft

Median value of list price per square feet of all properties that are in Active or Pending status at the end of the period. Calculated as List Price divided by Gross Living Area

Median New Listing Price

Median value of list price for properties that are newly listed during the period

Median Pending DOM

Median DOM of all properties that are in Pending status at the end of the period

Median Pending Price

Median value of list price of all properties that are in Pending status at the end of the period

Median Sold DOM

Median DOM of properties sold during the period

Median Sold Lot Size

Median value of lot size of properties sold during the period

Median Sale Price

Median value of sold price for properties sold during the period

Most Expensive Sold

Highest value of sold price for properties sold during the period

Most Expensive For Sale

Highest value of list price for properties in the inventory (i.e. all properties in Active or Pending status at the end of the period)

New Homes Listed

Number of new properties that came on market during the period

Volume Of Pending Properties

Number of properties in Pending status at the end of the period

Volume Of Homes Expired

Number of properties that were withdrawn from the market during the period

Volume Of Homes Sold

Number of sale transactions during the period
