A Note from the CEO
Hope everyone had a great summer and kicked off a good fall season.
Following my note from May this year, we have been on a war footing to get our platform ready for UAD 3.6 while also delivering major new capabilities for the Private Lending market.
Our UAD 3.6 adoption process is in full swing – Profet Review, the appraisal quality control product is now fully UAD 3.6 capable. We are actively working on a comprehensive UAD 3.6 support within our valuation platform as well and will be available soon. To ease the adoption of these new standards and help automate more work for the appraiser, we launched our groundbreaking Profet.ai Appraisal Assistant – an AI-native copilot that is poised to revolutionize real estate appraisals. The copilot can combine computer vision and market data to perform certain key tasks for the appraiser. Our special purpose solutions for the private lending market are certainly catching some tail winds. Completely customizable alternate valuation solutions are meeting each lender’s needs where they need it in their business process.
We’re also proud to announce the debut of PropCruncher.ai in the Chicago metro area, a powerful AI-driven platform built on the Prospektr platform that streamlines property valuation and market analysis for real estate investors. PropCruncher helps private lenders focused in the investment loan markets to attract and retain long-term and repeat investors.Additionally, we’ve upgraded and merged iCMALive into Prospektr, giving agents and loan officers the ability to create instant Comparative Market Analyses for both lead generation and sales. The housing industry is undergoing one of the major transformations in a very long time, and the US appraisal market is at the forefront. Appraisers are increasingly leveraging digital tools like aerial imagery, 3D modeling, and data analytics to complete valuations more rapidly and precisely. This technological push is also a response to the need to enhance consistency and transparency, which is the core goal of new standards like the UAD 3.6.
I look forward to reporting many more successes in the coming months. Thank you for being part of the PropMix family, and we look forward to playing a role in your business growth.
Sincerely,
Umesh Harigopal

Now Live: UAD 3.6-Ready on
Profet Review our quality control product is now fully equipped to support the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6, the latest industry standard designed to enhance consistency, transparency, and data quality in appraisal reporting. With Profet Review, appraisers can seamlessly review UAD 3.6 URAR appraisals, ensuring compliance with updated requirements while improving efficiency and accuracy.
Coming soon, our Valuation platform will also generate complete UAD 3.6 submission packages – including the appraisal PDF, supporting images, and MISMO XML – in a ready-to-deliver zip file. Built on an AI-native platform enriched with MLS and assessor data, Profet.ai helps valuation professionals modernize their workflow and stay ahead of evolving GSE mandates.

See what’s new in Prospektr

iCMALive is now upgraded and merged into Prospektr as Prospektr CMA
iCMALive has now been fully upgraded and integrated into Prospektr as Prospektr CMA, giving agents and loan officers the ability to create Comparative Market Analyses instantly. With a Prospektr account, users can now generate a CMA by simply entering the property address.
CMAs can now be used for lead generation as well as to work with prospective customers as an effective sales tool. Once created, the CMA report can be shared directly with customers, who automatically receive a free Prospektr account to view and engage with the analysis. This streamlined process makes it easier than ever to deliver professional, data-driven insights to clients and strengthen agent–customer relationships.
Data & API Enhancements
Our Data Dictionary is Now Fully RESO 2.0 Compliant
We’re pleased to announce that the Data Dictionary has been fully updated to align with RESO 2.0 standards. This upgrade enhances our APIs with expanded field lengths, ensuring greater consistency and interoperability across real estate systems.
With these improvements, users can now access more complete and accurate data without truncation, resulting in higher-quality responses, improved decision-making, and a stronger foundation for advanced analytics.

New Insights Launched

Enhanced Market Insights Now Available
To provide a deeper view into rental property performance, we’ve enhanced the MarketInsights API with two powerful new fields: Gross Rent Multiplier (GRM) and Rent Per Square Foot. These metrics give users the ability to evaluate income-producing properties with greater precision and clarity.
With these additional insights, investors, lenders, and real estate professionals can now make more informed decisions, compare opportunities more effectively, and better understand the long-term potential of rental assets.
