The median sales price for a single-family home in Miami metro area from Feb to Apr 2022 was $530,000, an increase of 22% compared to the same period in 2021. The latest figures also indicated an increase in median sale price of 11.1% compared to the Nov 2021 to Jan 2022 period. 

Homes sold during Feb to April 2022 had a median sales price per sqft of $304, an increase of 26% from the same period in 2021, when the median sales price per sqft was $241. 

The volume of homes sold in April 2022 was 4,770, an increase of 4.1% over January 2022 when the sales volume was 4,580.

The average volume of new homes listed was 5,520 for the three-month period ending April 2022, a 24% increase over Nov 2021 to Jan 2022, when an average of 4,460 homes were listed.

The number of pending listings as of the end of April 2022 end declined by 22% from a year earlier. A total of 3,990 listings were pending at the end of April 2022, while there were 5,140 single-family listings pending at the same time last year.
