The inventory for sale was 14,813 by the end of May 2022, a decrease of 21% over the last year when 18,797 homes were for sale at the end of May 2021

The median sale price per sqft of single-family homes was $198 for the homes sold during the period from March to May 2022, an increase of 13% compared to the same period last year.
