The single-family homes sold in the Seattle metro area from Feb to Apr 2022 had a median sales price of $785,000. This is a 24% increase over the median sales price of $633,000 of homes sold during the same period in 2021. This is also a 16% increase over the median sales price recorded during Nov 2021 to Jan 2022 period.

In April 2022, the volume of single-family homes sold was 4,750, up by 18% over January 2022 when 4,040 homes were sold.

The median sale price per sqft of single-family homes for the three months from Feb to Apr 2022 was $409, a rise of 17% compared to the same period last year, and up by 11.6% compared to the median value for the period from Nov 2021 to Jan 2022.
