The Phoenix and Houston metro areas also saw significant increases, with YoY changes of 13.6% and 10.6%, respectively. The Austin metro area grew substantially at 9.2%, while the Boston and Washington metro areas had more moderate rises of 6% and 5%. The Denver and Miami metro areas had slight increases, with YoY shifts of 3.5% and 2.9%, respectively. Meanwhile, metro areas like Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles maintained stable sales volumes with modest boosts. However, the Jacksonville, Philadelphia, and New York metro areas saw declines, with YoY changes of 0.7%, 7.1%, and 11%, respectively.
