Denver metro area maintained its position by experiencing the highest rise of 33.9% in inventory for sale among the top 15 metro areas at the end of November 2023. There were 17,490 homes for sale. Meanwhile, during the same time period, Seattle saw an 18% drop in inventory for sale compared to the end of the same month a year ago, with 6,780 homes for sale.
