During the first quarter of 2023, the Atlanta metro region witnessed a 2% rise in the median sale price of single-family homes, with the median sale price reaching an impressive $366,000, as compared to the previous year.
At the same time, the inventory of homes available for sale in the same area increased by 16% by the end of March 2023, as compared to the previous year’s corresponding period, amounting to a total of 30,610 homes for sale.
