In contrast, the Denver Metro Area saw a 3.9% decline, with 5,635 homes sold.The Orlando Metro Area experienced a 5.9% drop in sales volume, totaling 3,947 transactions. The Houston Metro Area followed with a 6.1% decrease, recording 13,419 homes sold. The Tampa Metro Area had the sharpest decline among the top five, with a 6.6% year-over-year drop, bringing sales down to 4,379 homes.
