In June 2025, among the top 30 U.S. metro areas, the Boston metro area led with a 7.0% year-over-year increase in sales volume, recording 3,341 homes sold. Meanwhile, the Denver metro area saw a 5.5% increase, with 5,584 homes sold.

The Phoenix metro area experienced a 4.0% rise in sales volume, totaling 4,646 transactions. The Seattle metro area followed with a 1.9% increase, recording 3,843 homes sold. The Houston metro area was the only one among the five to post a decline, with a 1.9% year-over-year drop, bringing sales down to 12,619 homes.
