The Las Vegas metro area followed with a 16.7% rise and 2,016 sales, while the Boston metro area experienced a 16.5% growth with 2,346 houses sold. The Seattle metro area recorded a 14.5% increase with sales of 2,601 houses, and the Charlotte metro area saw an 11.8% rise with 2,844 houses sold.
