Philadelphia metro area had the highest year-over-year increase in median sale price among the top 15 metros during May to July 2023, with a rise of 5.3% compared to the previous year. At the same time, Austin metro area showed the lowest year-over-year change in median sale price with 11.3% decrease compared to the same period one year ago, with a median sale price of $462,000.
