The Denver metro area followed, posting a 23.1% rise with 17,350 new listings. Houston saw a 21.5% increase, adding 53,400 new listings to the market, while Las Vegas experienced a 21.4% growth with 9,000 new listings. Rounding out the top five, the Phoenix metro area reported a 19.3% increase, with 20,330 new listings available.
