Denver metro area witnessed the highest increase of 22.6% in inventory for sale among the top 15 metro areas at the end of January 2024, with 13,820 homes for sale. Meanwhile, the Jacksonville metro area showed a decline of 3.5% in inventory for sale compared to the end of the same month a year ago, with 7,680 homes available.
