Miami metro area experienced a significant boost in the median sale price between February and April 2023. The median sale price climbed by 4% compared to the previous year, showcasing a positive trend in property values.

However, in contrast to the surge in median sale price, April 2023 witnessed a significant decline in the number of single-family homes sold. A total of 3,770 homes were sold, representing a notable drop of 23% compared to the corresponding month in the previous year.
