The Median Sale Price per sqft of single-family homes was $330, a change of 14.1% over the same period in the quarter ending March 2021.
The Months of Supply of single-family homes in the area increased 45% over the previous quarter, which aligns with 47% decline in sales volume of single-family homes over the last 12 months.
The inventory of single-family homes for sale in the area was 2,450 in March 2022, an increase of 33% from December 2021. There were 7,400 newly listed new single family in the area, a 4% improvement over the quarter ending December 2021.
