The Cincinnati metro area followed with an 11.1% YoY increase and a median sale price of $300,000, whereas the St. Louis metro area saw an 11.0% YoY change, with a median sale price of $255,290. In the Pittsburgh metro area, the YoY percentage change reached 10.5%, with a median price of $221,000, while the New York metro area achieved an 8.6% YoY increase and a median sale price of $668,000.
