Houston witnessed the highest increase, with 3.3% rise in new property listings among the top 15 metro areas from August to October 2023. Meanwhile, during the same time period, Atlanta experienced a drop of 11.9% in new homes listed when compared to October 2022, with 45,960 single-family homes listed.
