Among the top 30 U.S. metro areas, the Houston metro area led YoY growth in new listings with a 22.3% increase and 42,550 new listings from October to December 2024, followed by the Riverside metro area with an 18.5% rise and 13,060 new homes. Similarly, the Las Vegas metro area saw a 17.8% YoY increase with 6,610 new listings, and the Denver metro area showed a 15.0% growth with 10,900 entries. The San Diego metro area had a 13.7% YoY rise in the count of new listings, with 4,250 new properties.
