Denver experienced a 22.1% rise in inventory for sale, at the end of September 2023, the highest among the top 15 metro areas. There were 17,570 homes for sale at the end of September 2023. On the other hand, during the same time frame, Seattle saw a drop of 28.6% in inventory for sale when compared to the same period the previous year.
