The Tampa metro led this upward trend, recording a 12.9% year-over-year increase with approximately 3,613 homes sold, signaling a resurgence of buyer enthusiasm in the region. Denver followed closely with an 11.2% YoY gain, reaching around 4,676 transactions, supported by steady demand in the mid-tier housing segment. The Phoenix market continued to strengthen, posting a 9.3% increase to about 4,271 homes sold, as inventory levels stabilized. Boston maintained its upward pace, with a 9.1% year-over-year rise and 2,507 homes sold, while Portland registered a modest but consistent 3.0% uptick, totaling 3,289 transactions for the month.
