Pittsburgh, PA recorded 11,545 new listings, up 8.2% compared with the same period last year. Cincinnati, OH also showed steady growth, with 13,858 new listings, an 8.0% annual increase. Seattle, WA rounded out the top five, reporting 16,704 new listings, reflecting a 5.9% year-over-year increase.
