The Houston metro area continued to lead the pack, offering around 58,545 homes for sale, reflecting a 26.2% year-over-year (YoY) increase. The Atlanta metro area followed with approximately 52,954 homes listed, showing a moderate yet healthy 11.8% YoY rise. The Dallas metro area remained third, recording 46,951 homes on the market, up 18.5% YoY, underscoring consistent market activity. The New York metro area posted 32,921 homes for sale, marking a 5.8% YoY gain, while the San Antonio metro area rounded out the top five with 27,242 homes available, reflecting a 6.5% YoY increase.
