The U.S. housing market maintained its momentum through September, with several metros posting solid year-over-year growth in new listings.The Houston metro once again led the nation with 56,814 new listings, reflecting a 20.0% year-over-year increase. The Washington, DC metro followed with 16,776 listings, up 9.1% YoY, while Detroit, MI posted 19,235 listings, marking an 8.5% annual rise. The Cincinnati, OH metro recorded 11,514 new listings, showing an 8.3% increase, and Las Vegas, NV rounded out the top performers with 8,580 listings, representing a 7.0% gain compared to the same period last year.
