Among 30 major U.S. metro areas, San Diego, Las Vegas, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Los Angeles metro areas experienced the highest YoY percentage changes in new listings from June to August 2024. San Diego metro area led with a YoY increase of 19.5% in new listings, totaling 6,400. Las Vega metro area followed with a 17.4% YoY rise and 8,740 new listings. Charlotte and Atlanta metro areas noted YoY increases of 15.6% and 13.1% respectively. Los Angeles metro area also saw an increase of 14.5%, with 20,470 new listings.
