Houston, TX remained the leading metro area with approximately 62,241 homes for sale, posting a 7.6% year-over-year increase. Atlanta, GA followed with around 58,215 active listings, recording the highest annual growth among the group at 13.5%. Dallas, TX reported nearly 55,908 homes on the market, reflecting a 3.4% increase compared to the same period last year. In the Northeast, the New York, NY metro area reached approximately 35,660 listings, showing a 9.5% year-over-year rise. Meanwhile, San Antonio, TX recorded around 29,905 homes for sale, marking an 11.1% annual increase in inventory levels.
