In the Northeast, the New York, NY metro area reached about 27,426 listings, with a 4.1% growth, indicating gradual inventory expansion.Meanwhile, the San Antonio, TX metro area reported approximately 27,416 homes for sale, posting a notable 10.7% year-over-year increase.
