St. Louis followed with a 6.8% year-over-year gain, bringing its median sale price to $283K, while Cincinnati saw a 6.2% increase, with prices reaching $325K. Pittsburgh posted a 6.1% rise to $246K, and New York recorded a 4.8% increase, with median home prices reaching $718K.
