Detroit, MI led the gains with a 41.9% year-over-year increase, bringing available inventory to 15,694 homes. Pittsburgh, PA followed with a 24.1% rise, reaching 8,972 listings. Seattle, WA recorded a 21.6% increase, with 13,212 homes available for sale. Minneapolis, MN experienced a 17.0% year-over-year gain, totaling 15,947 homes, while Cincinnati, OH rounded out the top five with a 14.3% increase, bringing its inventory to 9,941 homes.
