Technical Product Engineer
Required Qualifications :
- Work experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar technical support role with exposure to technical aspects of software product support or as a full stack developer
- Willingness to work in US business hours (9:00 AM ET – 6:00 PM ET / 7:30 PM IST – 4:30 AM IST).
- Should have technical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting applications
- Clear, concise and effective written and oral communication skills
- Should demonstrate the willingness to learn and acquire new skills
- Exceptional capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Think outside of the box to continuously improve the way we work
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Work with onshore leadership, sales, and sales support teams to provide support during customer demonstrations
- Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
- Proven experience implementing front-end and back-end JavaScript applications.
- Experience in using Git Version Control
- Must Have Technical Skills: MySQL, NodeJS, AngularJS / Angular
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Experience in Java / JEE Environments
- Experience in Queuing Systems such as RabbitMQ or others
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues across multiple applications to identify the root cause of the problem reported by customer
- Define creative solutions for resolution/workarounds independently to help the customer move forward in completing their business need
- Identify the technical solution to the problem wherever possible, and apply the same as per the process defined with the development team
- When a solution cannot be provided by yourself, handover the issue to the development team for further analysis and resolution along with the results of preliminary inquiry done
- Follow up with the development team wherever required to ensure that a solution is identified and implemented as per the plan
- Keep communication lines with the customer open regarding ETA to resolve the issue, and keep the customer informed about the progress
- Ensure SLAs on responding to and resolving customer issues are met
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the systems in PropMix suite of products
- Identify and report areas for continual improvement in the products
- Preliminary testing of new product releases to ensure adequate support for customers on new features or enhancements
