Technical Product Engineer

Required Qualifications :

  • Work experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar technical support role with exposure to technical aspects of software product support or as a full stack developer
  • Willingness to work in US business hours (9:00 AM ET – 6:00 PM ET / 7:30 PM IST – 4:30 AM IST).
  • Should have technical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting applications
  • Clear, concise and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Should demonstrate the willingness to learn and acquire new skills
  • Exceptional capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Think outside of the box to continuously improve the way we work
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Work with onshore leadership, sales, and sales support teams to provide support during customer demonstrations
  • Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
  • Proven experience implementing front-end and back-end JavaScript applications.
  • Experience in using Git Version Control
  • Must Have Technical Skills: MySQL, NodeJS, AngularJS / Angular

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
  • Experience in Java / JEE Environments
  • Experience in Queuing Systems such as RabbitMQ or others

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose production issues across multiple applications to identify the root cause of the problem reported by customer
  • Define creative solutions for resolution/workarounds independently to help the customer move forward in completing their business need
  • Identify the technical solution to the problem wherever possible, and apply the same as per the process defined with the development team
  • When a solution cannot be provided by yourself, handover the issue to the development team for further analysis and resolution along with the results of preliminary inquiry done
  • Follow up with the development team wherever required to ensure that a solution is identified and implemented as per the plan
  • Keep communication lines with the customer open regarding ETA to resolve the issue, and keep the customer informed about the progress
  • Ensure SLAs on responding to and resolving customer issues are met
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the systems in PropMix suite of products
  • Identify and report areas for continual improvement in the products
  • Preliminary testing of new product releases to ensure adequate support for customers on new features or enhancements
